Dan DeJiacomo has made a commitment to build unique, beautiful custom homes that reflect the lifestyle,
tastes, and budget of his clients. He understands the importance of integrity, trust, and communication in
the building process and makes these values a cornerstone of every project he undertakes.
The DeJiacomo team of knowledgeable professionals specializes in design-build projects of any size, from
cabins to personal castles. Architectural Designer Chad Spangler works with each homeowner to create a
home plan that is truly customized to their needs. Each plan is designed to maximize views and to compliment
the unique topography of the client’s lot. Dan DeJiacomo’s integrated approach to home design and
construction is ideally suited to help his clients make their dream home a reality.
Dan DeJiacomo Custom Homes is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the
National Association of Home builders. In addition, Dan and Chad are also NAHB Certified Green
Professionals that can assist with the design and construction of a home that uses less energy, water and
natural resources; creates less waste; and is healthier and more comfortable for the occupants.
In 2005, Dan DeJiacomo Custom Homes participated in the Street of Dreams at Big Canoe and built the
original award winning “Tranquility” house plan that has since been featured in numerous national publications.
Dan along with members of his company enjoys being actively involved in the community such as their
continuing association with Habitat for Humanity. We take pride in being recognized by Habitat for Humanity
for framing an entire house in one day, helping to put a deserving family in their new home weeks earlier
than expected. We also recently worked with The Joy House to build their new girls home and are
currently working with them to build their new boys home
