actual construction of the home and second is the process by which the homeowner makes the finish selections
for the home.
Well Managed Construction
Each home is assigned a project manager who monitors the job on a daily basis, schedules subcontractors,
and orders materials for the job. Whenever possible we seek competitive bids and try to find the best value
and quality from our subcontractors and suppliers. Our team meets on a bi-weekly basis to review each project.
We take a proactive approach towards identifying upcoming challenges and critical decisions so that, as a team,
we can develop solutions that keep the job on schedule and on budget. Construction and financial updates are
provided on a monthly basis to the homeowner, but are available at any time upon request. Homeowners are
provided with a copy of every bill. Integrity, trust, and communication are the cornerstones of how we manage
every project.

This plan is for the homeowner that enjoys a hands-on approach to creating their custom home. You make
trips to the vendors to select your appliances, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, light fixtures, granite, and other
finishes. We organize and coordinate the appointments and selections for you and our decorator is available
to assist you with as many of the decisions as you’d like.
Concierge Selection Plan
This plan is for the homeowner thatwants a home that is customized to their taste and budget, but wants to
let the experts do the leg-work of the selection process. We start with a meeting to discuss in detail the style
that you’d like for your home, then our team and our decorator work together to develop a packages of
finishes that are customized to your home for you approval. This plan is ideal for those who are distance
building or those with busy work schedules who’d like make the most of their free time.
